I asked - they delivered.
I could not be happier with Snooty Pooch Boutique. I asked if they carried collars specifically for rescued dogs and they went out of their way to find some and put them on their site. The collars are very good quality, although the medium collar works out a little shorter than expected - not a problem in this case.
